Winemaker Elizabeth Pressler, a Philadelphia area native, will be on hand to meet guests and answer any questions about her extraordinary, limited production California wines.
A wine inspired five-course menu created by Executive Chef, Michael Giampa, will follow at 6:45 pm. Dinner includes Seared Diver Scallops, Ballotine of Duck Confit, Roasted Ribeye, a Cheese Course and an exquisite Dessert all paired with Elizabeth Spencer wines selected by Elizabeth Pressler herself.
