Join Paramour for a summer pig roast event on Sunday, September 16th, 2012 from 5pm-7pm with Yards Brewing Company.
The main course will be a whole, locally raised pig, slow roasted in a traditional Cuban-style roasting box and rubbed with adobo and fresh citrus juices. Paramour Chefs will carve up the perfectly roasted pork as part of a family-style buffet that will include BBQ classics such as corn bread and baked beans. Grilled seasonal vegetables and side salads along with a decadent Banana Bread Pudding complete the meal. Yards Brewing Company of Philadelphia will also be on hand for this event to proudly supply guests with a selection of their handcrafted ales as a complement to this tasty cuisine.View the menu here.
