Select from new twists on traditional favorites including: Chestnut Soup topped with foie gras mousse; Sweet Potato Gnocchi with chanterelles, shrimp and brown butter; Plainville Farms Organic Turkey breast & leg with potato puree, roasted chestnuts, rutabaga and gravy; and Chocolate Ginger Cake with vanilla ice cream and bourbon creme anglaise. Complete your festive celebration by adding expertly chosen wine pairings to highlight each course.
