On New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, December 31, 2013, Paramour at the Wayne Hotel invites you to usher in 2014 with a special Five-Course Prix Fixe Celebratory Dinner. The exquisite menu created by Executive Chef Drew Stark will begin with a welcoming Champagne Toast and include the choices of Hubbard Squash Soup, Truffle Gnocchi, Butter Poached Lobster, Pan Seared Filet Mignon, Oven Roasted Rack of Lamb and will finish with a Chocolate Hazelnut 12 Layer Cake. For this special evening, consider enhancing your dining experience with an optional wine pairing expertly chosen by our sommelier.
