Paramour’s Chef Drew At Wayne Art Center’s “Tastes Of The Town”

On Thursday, February 20, 2014, Paramour’s Executive Chef Drew Stark showcased his culinary skills in front of an intimate gathering of food enthusiasts at Wayne Art Center’s “Tastes of the Town”, a series of cooking demonstrations and tastings with local restaurants. Chef Drew prepared several dishes for the group that included Butternut Squash Soup; House made Cavatelli with Braised Short Ribs, roasted pearl onions, carrots and rosemary; Pan seared Black Sea Bass with Sunchoke Purée, hedgehog mushrooms and a lobster mushroom reduction.

“It was a wonderful crowd to work with. They were very interactive, interested in everything and asked a lot of questions” said Chef Drew. “And most importantly, I think they really enjoyed the food.”
