Dinner seatings will begin at 12 Noon on Thanksgiving Day
In addition to the a la carte Dinner menu, the Executive Chef has designed a festive and filling three-course prix fixe Thanksgiving menu where you can enjoy Paramour’s version of traditional favorites, including Plainville Farms Roasted Turkey with pumpernickel and mushroom stuffing, braised farm greens, and cranberry citrus compote, Cabernet Braised Beef Short Rib with twice-baked sweet potato and green bean casserole, and Caramelized Diver Scallops atop forest mushroom risotto with chanterelle mushrooms and brandy peppercorn sauce. Wine lovers will want to enhance their Thanksgiving dining experience with an optional wine pairing by the Sommelier, or allow him to help find a new favorite from the ever evolving wine list.
