The 18th Annual Taste and Tour of the Countryside, a unique tradeshow of regional hospitality, food and beverage attractions, took place Tuesday, October 18th, 2011 at the Drexelbrook Corporate Event Center.  Clad in Red, White and Blue, representatives from Glenmorgan Bar & Grill served Spirited American Beef Sliders and Spiced Apple Fusion cocktails to the over 750 attendees  at the show. Both items were such a huge hit; we even saw some guests coming back for seconds!

Our Autumn menu has arrived. It is filled with rich and hearty flavors that can only be inspired this time of the year. Enjoy Chefs creations such as Sweet Potato Fritters, Roasted Red & Golden Beets, Grilled Flat Iron Steak- lump crabmeat, asparagus, Portobello mushrooms and Béarnaise sauce, Sautéed Veal Medallions- wild mushroom & roasted red pepper ragout, whipped potatoes and fresh thyme or Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin- sweet potato puree with raisins, caramelized apples and rosemary jus lie.
