The Relationship for Lunch at Paramour

In addition to Paramour‘s a la carte Lunch Menu, they are now introducing The Relationship.
The Relationship includes selections from the “on bread” section of their menu like half of a Chef’s Daily Sandwich Creation; two Kobe Beef Sliders with Gruyere cheese, truffle aioli and pickled shallots; or two Lobster Rolls on brioche buns, avocado aioli and cilantro; as well as a cup of Caramelized Cauliflower Soup with Maine lobster and corn relish or a Fresh Side Salad.

Business Express for Lunch at Paramour

In addition to the a la carte Lunch Menu, Paramour presents the Business Express for diners short on time.
The Business Express features the chef’s weekly selection of hot entrée, a petite salad and dessert with all courses served together on a unique porcelain tray, so you can ‘get back to business’ at your own pace. Elizabeth Spencer Vintner Dinner Recap

An enthusiastic crowd turned out for Paramour’s Elizabeth Spencer Vintner Dinner on Wednesday night. Executive Chef Michael Giampa teamed with winemaker Elizabeth Pressler of Elizabeth Spencer Wines to host the unforgettable five-course dinner. The evening began with a passed Hors D’oeuvres reception in the Lobby Lounge, where guests mingled with Elizabeth Pressler while sipping on Elizabeth Spencer 2010 Mendocino Organic Sauvignon Blanc. Guests then moved into Paramour’s dining room to enjoy the carefully prepared five course dinner and listen to Elizabeth Pressler speak about crafting her exceptional wines.
