Wayne Hotel General Manager David Brennan greeted Marine Sergeant Whalen and Lance Corporal Mosby yesterday during their Toys for Tots pick-up. Wayne Hotel was a donation site for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program for 2011, collecting over 200 new, unwrapped toys for the campaign. Due to an overwhelming number of requests, Toys for Tots has extended their collection deadline until Tuesday, December 20th. So if you’re heading out to Paramour this weekend, why not bring a toy donation with you!
 
 
 

This past weekend the Wayne Hotel and Paramour restaurant were pleased to welcome 8-time Grammy winner, singer, virtuoso guitarist and composer José Feliciano (pictured on the right with Julio Ugarte, Paramour). Mr. Feliciano relaxed in the hotel’s newly renovated suite accommodations and enjoyed lunch in the hotel’s new restaurant, Paramour, while in the area to perform at a holiday party. Friends and neighbors of all ages turned out Friday night to kick-off Wayne Hotel’s Old Fashioned Christmas in the heart of Wayne. The mild weather drew record crowds to the holiday tradition, and they participated in the array of festive activities leading up to the 19th annual lighting of the Wayne Christmas tree.
