A passionate group of wine and food lovers gathered in Paramour’s Salon on Saturday afternoon to indulge in fine wine and delicious cuisine at Paramour’s luncheon with Red Newt Cellars Winery. Executive Chef Michael Giampa prepared an exceptional three-course luncheon and passed hors d’oeuvres paired perfectly with wines by Red Newt Cellars. The afternoon began with passed Apricot Waldorf Salad paired with Red Newt Cellars’ Semi-Dry 2012 Riesling, while guests mingled with representatives from the Winery. Among them were Brandon Seager, Winemaker and Greg Tumbarello, General Manager of Red Newt Cellars Winery. Guests then sat down together at the grand dining table in the Salon where they enjoyed the memorable cuisine, world-class wines and great conversation.
