Chef de Cuisine Kyle Johnson has designed a festive and filling four-course prix fixe menu in addition to the a la carte menus that will be offered on Wednesday, November 21st and Thursday, November 22nd, 2012.
Holiday diners will warm up with a choice of Ginger and Butternut Squash or Chestnut Soup to begin the feast. Next, enjoy a Petite Wedge Salad or a crisp Classic Caesar. For the main course, guests will choose between a traditional Roasted All Natural Turkey Breast with sage stuffing, roasted root vegetables and celery root puree or Venison Loin with roasted brussels sprouts, parsnip mash and burgundy bordelaise. Don’t forget to leave room for dessert! The meal finishes with a creamy slice of Pumpkin Cheesecake or sweet Chocolate Caramel Tart. Wine lovers will want to enhance the Thanksgiving dining experience with an optional wine pairing by our sommelier or we can help you find a new favorite from our ever evolving wine list.
