Glenmorgan Bar & Grill announces their new fork tender and flavorful Saturday Night Three-Course Prime Rib Dinner prepared by Executive Chef Michael Luongo. The Prime Rib special is offered every Saturday evening and will entice family and friends to get together while savoring a delicious American favorite.
The generous three-course meal begins with your choice of a crisp Classic Caesar, seasonal Mixed Greens, Glenmorgan Onion Soup or silky-smooth Fire Roasted Tomato Bisque. For the entrée, select from a 14-ounce Boneless Prime Rib for $32 or a 20-ounce Bone-in Prime Rib for $38 served with a traditional Yorkshire pudding and tomato confit. Then, choose one of our superb sauces; Creamy Horseradish, Brandy Peppercorn or Natural Au Jus and from six accompaniments including; Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Creamed Spinach, Sautéed Wild Mushrooms, Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes or Vegetable Du Jour. Finish the meal with a decadent homemade dessert. To complement the meal, guests may pair it with a full-bodied 2012 Rodney Strong Cabernet Sauvignon at $42 per bottle or $12 by the glass.
“Our Prime Rib is USDA Choice Premium Angus Beef and is rubbed with an herbed salt cure for 72 hours prior to cooking. My slow, sure process of cooking a well marbled piece of beef means you can count on a tender, juicy, caramelized bite” says Executive Chef Michael Luongo. He adds “a 20-ounce Bone in with a terrific glass of Wente Cabernet is the perfect pairing at this time of the year. You can’t have too much of a good thing.”
