Select from new twists on traditional favorites including: Ginger and Butternut Squash Soup with zucchini, scallops and parsley; Waldorf Salad with spicy walnuts, macerated raisins and fuji apple; Bison Ribeye with roasted brussels sprouts, potato celery puree and burgundy bordelaise; and Sour Cream Apple Tart with cinnamon ice cream.
