Paramour was delighted to host Philadelphia Wedding Magazine’s “Meet the Editor” Luncheon on Tuesday, January 15, 2013. A gathering of esteemed wedding experts began in the Lobby Lounge with passed hors d’oeuvres and conversation with Philly Wedding editor, Carrie Denny, and continued into The Salon over lunch. The three-course lunch menu showcased Executive Chef Kyle Johnson’s culinary talents with dishes such as Paramour’s signature Gingered Butternut Squash Soup with Maine lobster, coconut milk and pepitas, Grilled Scottish Salmon with almond, lentils and caramelized cauliflower and Field Mushroom Cavatelli with creamy white wine sauce, parmesan and fresh herbs. A Chocolate Caramel Parfait with salted peanuts, caramel and marshmallow was handcrafted by Pastry Chef Amelia Dietrich to give every guest a lasting impression of Paramour and a taste to come back for more.
