The Wayne Hotel’s Paramour will continue its tradition of celebrating National Burger Month with a special menu of chef-inspired burgers made with American Natural Beef. Executive Chef Kyle Johnson has crafted some brand new gourmet burgers and added his own flavor to a few of last year’s favorites.
“It’s always fun to put a creative spin on an American classic like the cheeseburger,” says Chef Kyle. “And at Paramour we like to go big. There’s no vegetarian option on this menu.”
The Burger Month menu features five robust burgers including the Mac N Burger, piled high with Grafton cheddar Mac N Cheese and a beef steak tomato; the Japanessa, is Kobe beef with wasabi mayo, tempura onions and goma wakame; the Maytag Blue is smothered in Maytag blue cheese, field mushrooms and caramelized onions; the Rodeo Burger is layered with Tillamook cheddar, Lancaster bacon, house BBQ sauce and onion rings; and the Ultimate Bacon Burger is topped with a generous “Pile O’ Bacon”, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion and bourbon aioli.
The menu will be available every day for lunch and dinner throughout the month of May. All burgers on the menu are $16 and include a house made dill pickle and Paramour’s popular house cut fries. For the full effect, be sure to pair your burger with one of Paramour’s unique artisanal craft beers on tap like Harpoon IPA, which will be offered for just $5 during National Burger Month.
You’ll want to take advantage of this limited-time-only Burger Menu and the outdoor dining on Paramour’s Veranda which also opens for the season in May. The Veranda boasts the Main Line’s best outdoor dining from Noon until close daily throughout the warm weather months.
