On Monday, May 20th, 2013, Paramour and the Wayne Hotel presented the Wayne Senior Center with a donation in the amount of $6,996.00, the proceeds from ticket sales of their Second Annual Kentucky Derby Party on May 4th. Paramour selected the Wayne Senior Center as the beneficiary for the annual event because of the positive impact that the center has on mature adults in the Main Line community. Over 150 guests attended this special event all dressed in their Derby finest with stylish hats plentiful.
“We were delighted to host an event to benefit the Wayne Senior Center,” says Joseph Amrani, Paramour’s General Manager. “We appreciate the amazing turn out from our patrons. Not only was it a chance for guests to relax and socialize at Paramour, but it also was a great show of support.”
Executive Director of the Wayne Senior Center, Susan Shapiro, accepted the check. “I am both humbled and honored by your faith in our organization. Your gift of $6,996.00 will be used to further strengthen and enhance the programs and services we provide for the seniors in our community,” said Shapiro.
