Executive Chef Drew Stark has designed a festive and filling four-course prix fixe menu in addition to the a la carte menus that will be offered on Wednesday, November 27 through Sunday, December 1, 2013.
Holiday diners will warm up with a choice of Butternut Squash or Cauliflower Soup to begin the feast. Next, enjoy an Endive, Arugula or Iceberg Wedge Salad. For the main course, guests will choose between an organic PLainville Farms Turkey breast and leg with corn bread stuffing, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, gravy or Venison Osso Bucco with parsnip purée, Yukon gold potatoes, salsify and venison jus. Don’t forget to leave room for dessert! The meal finishes with a creamy Pumpkin Budino or sweet Chocolate Cremeux.
Wine lovers will want to enhance the Thanksgiving dining experience with an optional wine pairing by Paramour’s Sommelier Steven Gullo or he can help you find a new favorite from their award-winning wine list.
