As an alternative to the popular wine tasting format, Paramour will be hosting a Whiskey Tasting at 6 pm on March 27, 2014 featuring Tuthilltown Spirits. Based out of the Hudson Valley in upstate in New York, Tuthilltown was the first Bourbon distiller in New York State, and one of the few in the entire northeast. Ralph Erenzo, Co-Founder and Distiller for Tuthilltown Spirits, will introduce the whiskeys with an interactive presentation including promotional materials and will be happy to answer questions during the tasting.
The small batch whiskeys that will be poured at the tasting are from their Hudson line and will include their flagship Baby Bourbon, Manhattan Rye, New York Corn, Single Malt and Four Grain Bourbon each paired with savory hors d’oeuvres by Paramour’s Executive Chef Drew Stark.
