Paramour at the Wayne Hotel invites you to attend an exclusive wine tasting with Zuccardi Wines featuring the winemaker himself, Sebastian Zuccardi, on Thursday June 26, 2014. Sebastian will introduce and discuss five of his exceptional wines and each will be carefully paired with Argentine-influenced small plates created and matched by Paramour’s Chef and Sommelier.
Sebastian Zuccardi is a third-generation winemaker for Familia Zuccardi in the Uco Valley of Mendoza. In 1963, Sebastian’s grandfather, Alberto, designed Mendoza’s irrigation system and planted his first vineyards. Today, over 50 years later, the Zuccardis still carry the same pioneering spirit of Alberto, crafting some of the finest wines throughout all of Argentina.
