Paramour invites you and your family to make your holidays merry and enjoy a festive four-course dinner on Christmas Day from 12 noon till 8pm. Guests will select from new twists on traditional favorites of the season including Foie Gras & Figgy Pudding, a Hudson Valley foie gras terrine with warm “figgy pudding” and red currant jam, Christmas Goose, roasted gosling with truffle chestnut stuffing, parsnip, Tuscan kale and blood orange marmalade, Butter Poached Lobster with butternut squash risotto, Swiss chard, spiced cream and lobster emulsion, Burgundy Braised Beef Short Rib with pomme puree, shallot confit, glazed carrots and pine nut gremolata, and Chocolate Gingerbread Cake with brandied cherry vanilla ice cream and dark chocolate sauce for dessert.

This special holiday menu will be offered for $65 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, in addition to an a la carte dinner menu. Guests can complete the festive celebration by adding expertly chosen wine pairings to highlight each course for only $30 additional. Reservations are required and can be made online or by calling 610-977-0600.
