Paramour at the Wayne Hotel will be hosting a Champagne Wine Dinner featuring prestigious French winery, Taittinger, on Thursday March 12, 2015. The evening will be presented by Paramour’s resident sommelier, Steven Gullo, along with Christian Dalbavie, French Portfolio Manager for Kobrand Wine & Spirits, the exclusive U.S. import agent for Taittinger Champagne.
The evening will begin at 6:30PM with an hors d’oeuvre reception in the Lobby Lounge, followed by an intimate dinner in the Salon where you will have the opportunity to speak with Monsieur Dalbavie about Taittinger’s wine making process and commitment to excellence.
Executive Chef Eric Goods has matched an exquisite four-course menu with a sampling of specially selected Champagnes and sparkling wines from the only Grand Marque Champagne house to remain owned and actively managed by the family named on the label.
