Fresh for February, Executive Chef Bob Williams has crafted three special additions to the dinner and dessert menus at Glenmorgan Bar & Grill.
For starters, the chef is preparing Mussels Fra Diavolo, made with white wine steamed mussels, roasted Italian chilies, tomato sauce, and a wedge of house made Focaccia. For your entree, mix it up with the Mixed Grill, a variety of flame grilled favorites including a petit sirloin steak, wild boar andouille sausage, jumbo shrimp & scallops, asparagus, and a shallot & blue cheese twice baked potato. Save room for dessert, then dig into the Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake, a decadent blend of Double Dutch chocolate cake and chocolate mousse, topped with shaved chocolate.
Each month the chef will prepare a special starter, entree and dessert crafted with only the freshest seasonal ingredients that epitomize the flavors of that month.
