Join Paramour for an authentically prepared five-course Sicilian Wine Dinner featuring Firriato Winery, one of Sicily’s largest wine houses recently named Wine Spectator’s Top 100 for 2014, and awarded Tre Bicchieri by Gambero Rosso 2014 (Italy’s top winemaking honor). The evening will be hosted by Paramour’s resident Sommelier, Steven Gullo, and Marco Scapagnini, Brand Ambassador for Firriato Winery and Founder of Niche Italy Travel Guide.
White, red, and dessert wines made from ancient, native Sicilian grape varieties will be poured and paired with five courses of classic Italian dishes, highlighting the flavors and aromas of each wine. The Sicilian wine inspired menu, crafted by Executive Chef Eric Goods, will be prepared using traditional cooking methods and ingredients sourced from the same region as each grape variety for a truly authentic interpretation of Italian cuisine. During the dinner, you will have the chance to speak with the Sommelier, Chef and Mr. Scapagnini about the wines, Sicilian cuisine and learn more about this emerging winemaking region.
Paramour invites you to experience this gastronomic journey of Italy, but please make your reservations early, because seating will be very limited. $95 per person with wine pairing included. Tax & Gratuity not included. Reservations are required.
