Sit outside and start off with Fire Grilled Molé Wings smothered in house made Mexican chili sauce, served with cilantro crema and jicama sticks. Next, move on to your main course and pick from the Pan Seared Spanish Mackerel, served with confetti couscous, asparagus salad, and citrus vinaigrette, or go for the Grilled Half Cornish Game Hen glazed in a Tequila-lime sauce and served with sweet potato chorizo hash and charred Brussels sprouts. Finally, you won’t want to pass up the “Beignets & Coffee” for dessert.
