“I would definitely recommend The Radnor Hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, classy, and easy to work with venue!
I fell in love with the ballroom and outdoor garden/patio area that would have been the perfect location for cocktail hour. Unfortunately for us, it poured rain our whole wedding day so we ended up being in the adjoining room to the ballroom for cocktail hour but everything was still beautiful! There are beautiful chandeliers all over the ballroom and the wall of windows overseeing the gardens makes for a gorgeous wedding backdrop.
We had a lot of out of town guests and so having a venue that would also be the hotel where everyone stayed was necessary for us. Additionally, The Radnor is conveniently located less than 2 miles directly down the road from Villanova and it was so great not having to worry about guest transportation at all that weekend.
Everyone I worked with at The Radnor was super helpful. I had a wedding coordinator that I worked with throughout the planning process and then a couple days before, they introduce you to the banquet and service managers who will be working your wedding. The weekend of, they made everything so incredibly easy and stress free. From assisting with all the set-up and collecting everything at the end of the night, my family and I had literally nothing to worry about until the next day where we collected everything from their office (believe me, not having to worry about taking anything but the cards/presents up to the room with you at the end of the night makes all the difference when you just want to worry about saying bye to your guests, heading to the after party, or just going to bed!)
I could go on! Choosing The Radnor Hotel for our wedding venue made our day so amazing. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking in the area!”
