DINNER IN GLENMORGAN

Glenmorgan Bar & Grill at The Radnor Hotel invites you to bid farewell to 2015 with a decadent menu designed for indulgence on New Year’s Eve, Thursday, December 31, 2015. Executive Chef Bob Williams will rewrite the a la carte menu on the eve of 2016 with a selection of dishes that will delight diners expecting fine seafood and steaks aplenty.

Start the evening with a bit of the bubbly and a soup or salad such as the Traditional Philadelphia Snapper Soup, Velvet Lobster Bisque, or Lobster Salad on butter lettuce with roasted tomato vinaigrette and aged balsamic vinegar. Can’t decide on a single starter? Share a few small plates with your dinner dates like the Filet & Shrimp, Goat Cheese Tart, and the Lobster Thermidor broiled on the shell in a rich Mornay sauce.

After your appetizers, relax with a glass of wine while your entree is prepared. Main course selections consist of a 16oz Angus Prime Rib of Beef, fresh caught Grilled Atlantic Swordfish, Sautéed Milk-Fed Veal Medallions & Jumbo Shrimp, and Roasted Chicken Breast & Black Truffle Risotto.

Be sure to save your appetite for a bite or two of dessert, because the chef is preparing three special treats for you to finish 2015. Your selection of sweets includes the Tres Leches Cake, Apple Tart & White Chocolate Macadamia Gelato, and a Chocolate Trio of dark chocolate crème brûlée, rich chocolate mousse cake, and jumbo long stem chocolate covered strawberries.
