“The day for my daughter’s bridal shower arrived after months of planning for a soft Hawaiian theme on a beautiful Spring day; it snowed. Feeling anxious, I drove to Wayne and began carrying set-up items into Paramour. My anxiety quickly melted away when I was greeted by a wonderful waitress with a warm smile who immediately made me feel welcome. I entered the dining room and was immediately delighted by the beautiful decor, room set up, the personalized menus, and staff who were very gracious, including Paramour’s Sommelier who helped enhance the theme with a custom signature cocktail – The Maui Crush. Their offers of help and checking on us during set-up were very reassuring.
Our guests arrived with comments like “marvelous”, “sophisticated”, and “elegant”. The festivities began without a hitch. The attentive staff did not leave a glass unfilled and the food was spectacular. The Chef’s Appetizer Bar was a great hit with the guests. The brunch was divine; the guests raved and raved. The General Manager of the Wayne Hotel, David Brennan, made a surprise visit and wowed the guests by visiting each table and personally welcoming them.
I am delighted and thrilled by my experience at Paramour and so glad I entrusted this special day to Meghan and the rest of the staff. It was simply marvelous!!! I cannot say enough good things and highly recommend Paramour and the Wayne Hotel for your special event. I know it is on the top of my list!”
