Sit outside and start off with the Charred Romaine Heart Salad with white corn-tomato salsa, chipotle ranch dressing, and crispy tortilla strips. Next, go for a grilled specialty like the Grilled Rainbow Trout with roasted fingerling potatoes, asparagus medley, and yellow cherry tomato vinaigrette, or the Grilled Boneless Prime Pork Chop wrapped in applewood bacon with a side of jalapeño potato salad and barbecue black beans. Last, but not least, you won’t want to pass up the Limoncello Genoise, made with layers of limoncello mousse and white sponge cake, and blueberry coulis with fresh blueberries.
