The Wayne Hotel is excited to welcome Rosalie, opening later this summer in the space currently occupied by Paramour. Rosalie will feature Italian soul food described by Rosalie Executive Chef Merick Devine as, “Italian cuisine, deeply rooted in tradition, heritage and technique, adapted to the local landscape with a gentle-contemporary approach.” Rosalie will offer brunch, lunch and dinner daily and will open just in time to continue offering outdoor dining on the Veranda.
Paramour will close its doors and say goodbye after its final dinner service on Saturday, June 22, 2019, to allow Rosalie to redesign and renovate the restaurant space and lobby.
